Quality Certificate

Our PCR consumables are manufactured under the high-level quality control and every production lot has been tested by following procedures.

These products are certified free of RNase, DNase or human genomic DNA.

RNase / DNase test procedure
Sample tubes are rinsed by shaking with RNase / DNase free distilled water in a sealed container. The extractions are assayed by using DNaseAlertTM QC System and RNaseAlertTM QC System(Ambion/Applied Biosystems) and the result is determined by a fluorometer.
Detection limit : 5 × 10-7 U / μl

Human genomic DNA Contamination test procedure:

A PCR master mix is prepared adding the primer set of human LINE-1;L1-5’ and L1-3’. It amplifies a 294bp fragment in presence of genomic DNA derived from human cells(J.M.Deragon et al,(1990).NAR,18:p.6149).The master mix is added to sample tubes, positive control tubes(containing known amount of human genomic DNA), negative control tubes(containing human genomic DNA free water). These tubes are vortexed and spun down and then PCR is performed. Samples and controls are analysed on a 3% agarose gel stained with Ethidium Bromide. The result is determined if there is no PCR product in the sample lanes.
